1. The Service

"Visconti Social Publisher" (the "Service") is an internal tool operated by Simone Visconti, marketing consultant, Italy (info@simonevisconti.it). It lets us publish and schedule content and read statistics on social media accounts of our clients (the "Account Owners"). It is not offered to the public.

2. Authorization

We act on an account only after its owner has authorized the Service through the platform's official login, and only within the permissions granted. The Account Owner can revoke the authorization at any time from the platform settings or by writing to us.

3. Content

The Account Owner keeps all rights to their content and is responsible for it, including holding the rights to music, images and people shown. Content is published only as agreed with the Account Owner. We comply with the terms and community guidelines of each platform (TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).

4. Availability and liability

The Service depends on third-party platforms and their APIs, which may change or be unavailable. We are not liable for interruptions, rejections or removals decided by the platforms. Our liability towards Account Owners is governed by the service agreement in place with them.

5. Privacy

Data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Law

These terms are governed by Italian law.

7. Changes

We will publish any change on this page with a new date.

"Visconti Social Publisher" è uno strumento interno di Simone Visconti, consulente marketing (info@simonevisconti.it), per pubblicare e programmare contenuti e leggere statistiche sugli account social dei clienti. Non è offerto al pubblico.

Agiamo su un account solo dopo l'autorizzazione del titolare con il login ufficiale della piattaforma, e solo nei limiti dei permessi concessi; la revoca è possibile in qualsiasi momento. Il titolare dell'account conserva i diritti sui contenuti e ne è responsabile. Il servizio dipende da piattaforme di terzi: non rispondiamo di interruzioni o rimozioni decise da loro; la responsabilità verso i clienti è regolata dal contratto in essere.
